With a beautiful setting overlooking Brixham Marina, the Starfish self-catering holiday apartment has a bright, open plan living and dining space that makes a stylish space to relax, unwind and enjoy the sweeping sea views that make this apartment breathtaking.
Why is it that family meals taste better when they’re accompanied by a sea view? With seating for four, the dining space makes a special spot to tuck into an evening meal, and as the sun sets behind the sea you’ll feel a world away from the hustle and bustle of home.
With a chic décor and a flatscreen wall mounted TV, the living area’s a welcoming place to gather the family and round off a busy day with a film, and with the South West Coast Path and Berry Head country park just a short walk away you’ll be able to plan your next day’s adventures.
For new mums and dads, we can arrange for a cot and high chair to make things easier on your first break as a family, and with the nearby Blue Flag Breakwater Beach you’ll have plenty of opportunity to enjoy days on the beach. After all that fresh sea air the bedrooms make inviting sights when it comes to bedtime, and the second bedroom has twin zip and link beds that can be arranged into one king size.

Seashell is a second floor studio apartment with a setting close to Brixham’s beautiful harbour. This bright, inviting studio makes a compact and chic base for couples keen to enjoy some time out together within easy reach of Brixham’s restaurants, beaches and attractions.
The kitchen and dining space mean you can cook up something impressive and dine in with a DVD after a busy day exploring the surrounding coastline, but for those evenings when you fancy dining out you’ll find a whole collection of restaurants serving up the catch of the day within a short stroll from the apartment.
If you’re planning that first break away from it all with baby we can arrange for a cot and high chair to be provided to make things easier for mums and dads, and with the Blue Flag Breakwater Beach just a short walk away the apartment’s a handy base for families keen to enjoy those bucket and spade days on the shore.

The Beacon
A dream location and easy access to the Brixham Marina

The Beacon at Harbour Lights is a large first-level, self-catering apartment in a Victorian house, right alongside Brixham Marina and lifeboat station on the Southwest Coastal Path. A dream location and ideally situated for easy access to the harbour with its restaurants and shops, the beach and the Country Park.
The Beacon offers exception accommodation for two people with en-suite sunken bath and shower room, a fully fitted kitchen with all the usual conveniences including dishwasher, fridge-freezer with icemaker and water filter. A DolceGusto coffee maker is also provided for additional enjoyment!
A welcome pack will be there for your arrival too and contains milk, biscuits and a selection of teas and coffees. In the mornings, the sunny courtyard offers a tranquil place to enjoy breakfast and a cup of coffee before enduring the rigours of a sea-side stroll along the quay to Breakwater beach
Our lounge area has two very comfortable Multiyork sofas for just taking it easy or for watching the TV which has a Sky service provided. The table and chairs are set into the bay window which commands possibly one of the best views of Torbay- or better still why not take a glass of wine or a G&T and sit out on the verandah on a summer’s evening and watch the sun set over the bay?
A few minutes walk along the coastal path in either direction will provide a contrasting and appealing choice between the hustle and bustle of a lively fishing port with its shops and restaurants or the tranquility of the Berry Head nature reserve and old fort. Here, the eagle-eyed observer might be lucky enough to spot dolphins or seals in their natural environment around the dramatic coastline or even the rare horseshoe bat on warm evenings. The award-winning Guardhouse Cafe run by Alex and Lucy commands stunning views and provides a wide variety of quality fare and also offers themed evening meals (seasonal, advanced booking only).
For those inclined to stay closer to home, Breakwater beach is just a few metres away with its fabulous Breakwater Bistro offering sea views from its restaurant and cafe terrace. Rock pooling is a national pastime and there’s definitely no shortage of coves and inlets in which to discover a myriad hiding places for the denizens of the deep!
Berry Head Hotel further up the road offers a luxurious cliff-top terrace bistro for those wanting to celebrate a special occasion or just enjoy a bit of luxury whilst gazing out across the sea, watching the trawlers return surrounded by hoards of hungry gulls!
Car parking is in the Marina car park close by and guests will be provided with free parking for the duration of their stay. Free WiFi is included.

The apartment looks out across the harbour below and out to the shimmering waters of the bay – making it a dazzling place to enjoy time out at any time of year.
An elegant cream décor, polished wooden floors and stylish furnishings make this a welcoming space to sit back, tuck into a plate of something delicious and look out to sea while you enjoy time away from it all. Speaking of food, the kitchen’s high gloss units will inspire foodies amongst you to stock up on fresh fish from nearby Brixham harbour and see what you can cook up.
Perfect for family breaks, Starfish is home to one double bedroom and a twin bedroom, and a travel cot can be arranged on request for new mums and dads. Thanks to the kind of harbour views that could grace the front of one of the postcards in the nearby souvenir shops, the master bedroom has a ‘wow’ factor that’ll make relaxing while you watch the boats bob on the water a pleasure.
A short stroll around the harbour will take you to Brixham Marina and the Blue Flag holder – Breakwater Beach. You’ll also find local beauty spot Berry Head Country Park within an easy walk from the apartment, and if you fancy picking up the South West Coast Path you’ll be rewarded with some of South Devon’s most dramatic coastal views.
